Order Policy
How ordering works
Your card is charged at checkout. Each coffee is limited to the bags we have in stock, so once a coffee sells out it can't be ordered until we restock.
Shipping time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after they're placed, via USPS Ground Advantage within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. See our shipping policy for rates.
If there's a delay
If your order will ship later than expected, we'll email you with a new estimated date. You can then choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email hello@oneninetytwo.com with your name and order number, or reply to your order confirmation. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. If we can't fill your order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Payment security
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
